Nudge helps you find and join local activities near you. A morning run, a coffee, five-a-side football, a language exchange. You meet people in real life over something you both actually want to do. No dating pressure, no big formal events.
Social media keeps you scrolling. Dating apps assume romance. Event sites need an organiser. Nudge is built for one thing: doing activities together.
Browse one activity at a time: what it is, when it happens, where it is, and who is hosting. Swipe past what is not for you and save what is.
Interested? Send a short message with your Nudge. The host decides who joins, so every connection is mutual and intentional.
Activities first, profiles second. You connect over something you both want to do, which makes meeting up feel natural rather than awkward.
Three steps from opening the app to meeting someone new.
See local activities matched to your area: sport, food, learning, outdoors and more.
Send a Nudge with a message to join someone's activity, or post your own in under a minute.
When the host accepts, you're connected. Agree the details and show up. That is the whole thing.
Nothing happens without consent from both sides. Hosts approve who joins, declines are private, and your personal details stay minimal until you choose to engage. We recommend meeting in public places.
If something here is unclear, email hello@nudgeactivity.com and you'll get a reply.
No. Nudge is built around activities, not romance. You join something you actually want to do, whether that is a run, a coffee or a five-a-side game, and you meet whoever else is doing it. There is no swiping on people, no matching on attraction, and no expectation that a connection turns into anything beyond the activity itself.
No. Nudge is free to use, and there is no paid tier, no trial and no card required. If that ever changes, it will be announced here first rather than sprung on you inside the app.
Nothing happens without agreement from both sides. The person hosting an activity approves every individual who joins, so you are never added to something by an algorithm. Declines are private, so the person who was turned down is not told who declined them. Your personal details stay minimal until you choose to share more, and we recommend meeting in public places for a first activity.
Not right now. Nudge runs in your phone or desktop browser at nudgeactivity.com/app, so there is nothing to download and nothing to update. An Android app is in preparation and will be announced when it is genuinely ready, not before.
Ordinary ones. Running, cycling and gym sessions; coffee, food and cooking; five-a-side and racket sports; language exchanges and study groups; walks, climbing and other outdoors; board games; music; and volunteering. Anything you would happily do with someone you have not met yet, and where turning up together is the point.
Free to use. Works in your phone's browser today, with a native app on the way.
